I've been selfish (here's how I'm making it right)

I have a terrible confession.

I am sitting on an absolute goldmine.

And I’ve been keeping this from you for over a year now.

Lying to you, lying to my clients, lying to everyone.

So, here it goes…

Every week, I interview high-level experts for their video content.

CEOs, founders, marketing experts, sales leaders, you name it.

PHEW. Okay, got that off my chest.

Now that monkey’s off my back, let me tell you more…

As you probably know, I ask them questions, help them share their expertise, and turn it into video content.

But here's what hit me recently:

I learn more from these conversations than I did in any classroom.

Every one of my film sessions is a freaking business masterclass.

In the last month alone, I've listened to:

  • A fractional sales leader breaking down how he closed a billion-dollar deal with Walmart
  • A LinkedIn coach giving the exact framework that netted her $1.4 million in 3 years
  • An e-commerce expert explaining how he's scaled brands from 0 to $100M
  • A financial advisor sharing how she built a 7-figure practice in 3 years

I'm literally getting paid to attend business school.

And I've been keeping it all to myself!

I’M SO SORRY 😂

During a recent call with a mentor, I had an aha moment.

Why not share these incredible conversations with YOU?

So I'm pivoting the podcast.

Same expert guests but now, with a mission that actually matches what's happening:

To give you free access to real business insights from people who are actually doing the thing.

So I’m calling it
Free Business School.

Kinda like Diary of a CEO, except I'm not talking to celebrities.

What's in it for everyone:

For my guests:

  • Their expertise reaches new audiences across multiple platforms
  • We create 10 pieces of content from each conversation (for free)

For you:

  • Insights and strategies from real experts who are building right now
  • Actionable insights you can implement immediately

For me:

  • More content that I can distribute across more platforms
  • Show potential clients exactly what "Video on Easy Mode" looks like

Here's a sneak peek at the next couple of episodes:

  • Why most people price their services wrong (and the simple fix)
  • The counterintuitive sales approach that closes bigger deals
  • Why being "too busy" is usually a systems problem, not a time problem

All lessons from people who learned the hard way, so you don't have to.

Starting now, you can find me onYOUTUBE orSPOTIFY.

Every episode is a working session with a successful entrepreneur.

You'll see exactly how I help them turn their expertise into content, while learning their best business strategies along the way.

It's like being a fly on the wall in a $5,000 strategy session.

Except it's FREE.

See you in class,
Danny ✌️

P.S. If you've been thinking about creating video content but keep putting it off, pay attention to how natural these conversations feel. This is what "Video on Easy Mode" looks like. Just two people talking about what they know best.

Hey Reader, I'm coming to you from Charlotte this morning. I'm getting ready to speak at the Empowered Podcasting Conference. (more to come on that next week) 🤗 But let's get into why I'm hitting your inbox today... Last month I dropped an uncut solo podcast. But I never expected what happened next. The outpouring of gratitude, support, and love from the people who listened blew me away. And I understand why. It’s because it was uncut. It was transparent. It was emotional. It was more human...

Crazy story… In January, I hired a podcast consultant to help me launch Free Business School. But I hired him without ever watching his podcast. Not one episode. Why? Every day, he showed up on my LinkedIn feed with clips from his podcast. And without watching a full episode, I got to KNOW him. His expertise. His approach. His personality. That's the power nobody talks about. See, a business podcast is NOTHING like Diary of a CEO, Modern Wisdom, or Joe Rogan. You don’t need celebrity guests...

I call Nat Berman the most generous man on LinkedIn. And after our conversation yesterday, I finally understand why. This homey used to spend 6-8 hours a day commenting on LinkedIn. 500+ comments daily. Until LinkedIn started thinking he was a bot. But here's what’s really wild… In 5 years of daily posting, he's had exactly ONE post go over 100,000 views. Yet he's built a 7-figure business. How? T-shirts. Nat only wears 80s and 90s movie t-shirts. Breakfast Club. Ferris Bueller. The Goonies....
