I just saw this video on social media trends for 2026. No surprise. The number one topic? AI. But here's what I found most interesting... People's resistance towards AI content. Which is ironic. Everybody wants to use AI to go faster. But then they turn around and complain about consuming content that was generated by AI. One of my favorite social media marketing experts, with over a million followers and a billion views, was breaking content into two buckets: AI and human. His advice? Go all in on human content. I look at this completely differently. I don't separate them as mutually exclusive. It's and not or. If you are a content creator and that's your ONE job, sure. You have enough time to make all your content without AI tools. But if you're running a business and want to use content to attract high-ticket clients? You don't have 2-3 hours a day to create content. AI is the best way to streamline your workflow. Which is why everything I'm creating for myself and my clients sits at the intersection of AI and human. We're having business conversations every single day. Talking to clients. Prospects. Peers. Team members. Sharing insights. Getting feedback. Telling stories. Every one of those conversations has the potential to turn into content. This is why I built my entire content system the way I did. I record every sales call. Every client meeting. I run workshops and guest on podcasts. Then I use AI as my content assistant. It analyzes my meetings. Helps me determine which parts have the highest potential for content. Then it helps me draft that content. Whether it's an email like this, a LinkedIn post, or a video. Do I ever use AI word-for-word? No. But it's starting to know me so well that it gets me 90% of the way there. That's how I did 351 LinkedIn posts, 87 emails, and 222 videos last year. I'm going to double or triple some of those numbers this year. My number one advice to you for 2026: Capture as much as you can. Build a system that easily turns what you capture into content that attracts high-ticket clients. Let AI be your assistant, not your replacement. Cheers, P.S. If you want access to the same system that my clients and I are used to generate millions in revenue in 2025, come join the Content on Easy Mode Crew. I've got 5 open spots left for January. Stress-free content systems for founders and companies
99% of business owners I speak to are terrified to niche down. They think that if they get too specific, they'll miss out on sales. Miss out on opportunities. That nobody will see or interact with their content. I get it. It feels risky. But with social media getting more saturated and growth getting harder (especially on LinkedIn), being hyper-niche is actually an unfair advantage, not a concern. Let me explain. If you've ever been to the Carolinas, you've probably seen Cheerwine. It's a...
In 2022, while working in sales for a national payroll company, something weird happened that changed my life forever.Even though I was relatively new to the company, I had built a really good reputation for myself. So good, in fact, that they tapped me on the shoulder to present to 300 people on how to use video in sales.I felt that I had earned the right to start applying for promotions. But I did 7 interviews. 7 final rounds. 7rejections. 😢 The last rejection hit the hardest because it was...
This may be hard to hear. But every problem in your business is a YOU problem. It’s not the market. Or the economy. Or the employee who doesn’t listen. Or the annoying customer. It’s YOU. I sat down with my homey, Travis Howard, who delivered this tough love to me during the latest episode of the podcast. Travis is a former cannabis attorney turned consultant. He’s worked with everyone from scrappy startups to companies that just raised $500 million. Here’s how he put it: “Every business...
