I go to the gym every morning. Part of my workout is a 30-40 minute cardio session. I used to do the treadmill, but I hurt my ankle, so I've been on the elliptical. (I'm getting old.) 😢 For the last 3 years, while I do cardio, I've been watching TV shows. I decided to change that up this year. Started last week. Instead of TV shows, I've been watching YouTube videos. All stuff related to my business. How to create better content, how to generate more leads, trends in the social media world I should pay attention to, etc. In the past, I had to hold back on consuming this type of educational content. Because I'd get bad analysis paralysis. I would take in SO much information that I couldn't figure out how to implement any of it. So I'd do nothing. And all that time-consuming content was essentially a waste because I did nothing with it. But now, in the world of AI, it's different. Because now I can use AI to take what I've consumed, get it out of my head, outline it, pull out the most important points, and organize it into something I can actually use in my business. Before, it would've taken forever to do something like that. But now it's possible. Here's an example from this week... I've been working on building my lead magnet. My goal is to get more people onto my email list. I watched all these videos on workflows, design, headlines, thank you pages, and follow-up email sequences. And I was immediately able to go back and make changes. Put my new knowledge into practice right away. I made my landing page a hundred times better. Now I'm working on a video for the thank-you page that'll help people take the next step toward working with me. And again, with AI, I was able to take a video that's successfully doing that, analyze the structure and format, and redesign it for MY business. Even this email you're reading right now is built on an AI system. I do one of two things:
Would've taken me 5-10x longer to put this email together without it. But at the same time… It's still me, homey. I'm not losing any of the humanity in my content, even though I'm using AI to go faster. It's all about how you use it. It's all about the input. Human in, human out. Alright, I'm rambling at this point. I'll catch up with you tomorrow. Cheers,

Stress-free content systems for founders and companies
I was hanging out with homey, Travis, yesterday. He's a seasoned entrepreneur who's owned several businesses. He asked me how things were going. Business is growing. Boys are getting older. Life is good. Yes. Things are moving in the right directon but I'm still digging out of a hole. See, before I started my business, I put myself in a pretty deep financial hole. And while I've made a lot of progress over the last 3 years, I'm still climbing. My wife asks about the house. "When are we...
I was on a Zoom with 12 people who hired me, and I noticed a pattern I had never seen this clearly before. On Monday, we did the kickoff call for the Content on Easy Mode Community. To help everyone get to know each other, we went around the room and did introductions. I didn’t even ask this question, but people started volunteering how they found me and why they joined. Here’s what shocked me: 4 people first discovered me because I presented inside communities they were already part of(and...
99% of business owners I speak to are terrified to niche down. They think that if they get too specific, they'll miss out on sales. Miss out on opportunities. That nobody will see or interact with their content. I get it. It feels risky. But with social media getting more saturated and growth getting harder (especially on LinkedIn), being hyper-niche is actually an unfair advantage, not a concern. Let me explain. If you've ever been to the Carolinas, you've probably seen Cheerwine. It's a...
