from complete unknown to industry leader in 6 months

6 months ago, nobody had even heard of this guy. But now he's one of the most talked-about personal branding and content marketing experts in the world.

His name is Caleb Ralston.

You might not recognize him, but people like me in the content game know exactly who he is.

So I did some research on his content to understand how he grew so fast.

I pulled his Instagram profile, sorted his content by top performers, and 4 videos were clear outliers. Miles ahead of everything else.

But this is the part that blew my mind…

It was the EXACT SAME TOPIC, repeated 4 times. Different locations, slightly different delivery, but the same core concept.

And those 4 videos basically built the entire account.

Now some things are clicking in my head.

Most people think the answer to growing on social is more! More ideas, more posts, more formats, more effort. So they grind through it. They batch-create on Sundays, chase whatever trend is hot that week, and spend 3 hours on a carousel nobody saves…

But the content flops, they get discouraged, and the whole cycle starts over again.

The solution to the problem isn't more ideas. It's having a system to take one good idea and reframe it into multiple pieces of content that each hit differently.

So here's what you can try instead.

Take one idea and run it through four different angles. Each one hits a different part of the brain, which means that even if someone scrolls past the first version, the next one might be the one that finally lands for them.

Did You Know — open with a surprising stat or fact that stops the scroll. Most people don't know this. Now they do.

How It's Changed — contrast the past with the present. "Content used to work like this. Now it works like this." People love a good before/after reframe.

Where It's Going — make a prediction. Give people a reason to pay attention to what's coming, and you position yourself as someone who sees around corners.

You Should Try — direct and practical. Here's something that works. Go do it.

1 idea, 4 angles, 4 pieces of content.

And when you have a system like this, you stop starting from scratch every time you sit down to create, you stop burning energy on formats that are hit or miss, and you stop losing the spark you had when the idea first came to you.

You just open the framework, pick an angle, and hit record.

That's the whole lot faster and less stressful.

If you had told me 1 year ago that I'd own an AI software company, I would have laughed you out of the room. But here we are with our first 28 clients. And they all came from one simple problem: Content is hard. My clients kept coming back to me, saying the same thing: "Danny, I love the videos. But I want more. I want newsletters. I want LinkedIn posts. I want to start a YouTube channel. I want all this stuff. And I kept asking myself the same question: How do I give them more content...

I was hanging out with homey, Travis, yesterday. He's a seasoned entrepreneur who's owned several businesses. He asked me how things were going. Business is growing. Boys are getting older. Life is good. Yes. Things are moving in the right directon but I'm still digging out of a hole. See, before I started my business, I put myself in a pretty deep financial hole. And while I've made a lot of progress over the last 3 years, I'm still climbing. My wife asks about the house. "When are we...

I was on a Zoom with 12 people who hired me, and I noticed a pattern I had never seen this clearly before. On Monday, we did the kickoff call for the Content on Easy Mode Community. To help everyone get to know each other, we went around the room and did introductions. I didn’t even ask this question, but people started volunteering how they found me and why they joined. Here’s what shocked me: 4 people first discovered me because I presented inside communities they were already part of(and...
