what everyone ought to know about AI content

If you had told me 1 year ago that I'd own an AI software company, I would have laughed you out of the room.

But here we are with our first 28 clients.

And they all came from one simple problem: Content is hard.

My clients kept coming back to me, saying the same thing:

"Danny, I love the videos. But I want more. I want newsletters. I want LinkedIn posts. I want to start a YouTube channel. I want all this stuff.

And I kept asking myself the same question: How do I give them more content without taking on more of our time?

Of course, the obvious answer is to use AI.

But I was so frustrated with AI because no matter how hard I tried or what tool I used (I tried all of them), I could never get the content to sound like me.

I thought that I needed better prompts. That wasn't it.

So I built my own custom GPTs with my successful content built into the backend. That didn't help either.

But then one day, I realized that I had the workflow completely backward.

That I already had unlimited content. (and you're gonna realize that you do too!)

Every day, my clients and I are already having impactful conversations. Sales calls. Client meetings. Workshops. Podcast Interviews.

We're sharing our insights and perspectives. We're solving problems. We're telling stories.

Because of the beauty of modern technology, every conversation that you have can be recorded with the press of a button.

So the content is already there. You just need a way to package it up and get it out there.

That's how you get AI to sound exactly like you!

I figured out how to take your recorded conversations, run them through a system that pulls out your actual words, and plug those words into proven formats.

Not generic AI slop that makes up 70% of the content on the internet.

This email right here is a perfect example. It was written with a Content on Easy Mode feature called Brain Dump.

It's your words. Your insights. Your stories. So AI isn't writing for you. It's organizing.

We got to work on building a giant database of proven formats: thousands of hooks, frameworks, guidelines, basically all of the content knowledge that I compiled over the last 5 years sitting on the back end.

Now you can transform any conversation into:

  • 2-4 Newsletters/Emails/Articles
  • 2-4 YouTube Video Scripts
  • 8-12 Short-form Video Scripts
  • 8-12 Written Posts
  • 30-40 Hooks/Tweets

I tested it on myself first. Then I built it for my clients. Then I turned it into an app.

We've been working on it for 6 months.

Tweaking to make sure it not only gives you the best possible output but is also the easiest content tool to use.

And what's easier than an AI tool with zero prompting?

Well, I'm done building it in the shadows, and it's time to start pumping it out there and spreading the word, because some of the results that people are getting are insane...

I had a coach book 20 discovery calls from one post!
An agency owner who's landed over a $1M in revenue from his content in the last 6 months. Because he's now able to post 2x a day on 5 different platforms.

So it's time to cancel ChatGPT. It's time to fire your marketing agency.

Because this is the only content system that you need, and you can run it yourself in less than an hour a week.

If you'd like to take a personalized tour of content on Easy Mode, just reply to this email with the word "TOUR," and I'll walk you through how it works.

Cheers,
Coach D ✌️

I was hanging out with homey, Travis, yesterday. He's a seasoned entrepreneur who's owned several businesses. He asked me how things were going. Business is growing. Boys are getting older. Life is good. Yes. Things are moving in the right directon but I'm still digging out of a hole. See, before I started my business, I put myself in a pretty deep financial hole. And while I've made a lot of progress over the last 3 years, I'm still climbing. My wife asks about the house. "When are we...

I was on a Zoom with 12 people who hired me, and I noticed a pattern I had never seen this clearly before. On Monday, we did the kickoff call for the Content on Easy Mode Community. To help everyone get to know each other, we went around the room and did introductions. I didn’t even ask this question, but people started volunteering how they found me and why they joined. Here’s what shocked me: 4 people first discovered me because I presented inside communities they were already part of(and...

I go to the gym every morning. Part of my workout is a 30-40 minute cardio session. I used to do the treadmill, but I hurt my ankle, so I've been on the elliptical. (I'm getting old.) 😢 For the last 3 years, while I do cardio, I've been watching TV shows. I decided to change that up this year. Started last week. Instead of TV shows, I've been watching YouTube videos. All stuff related to my business. How to create better content, how to generate more leads, trends in the social media world I...
