I doubled my revenue and profits in 2024. 🥳 Because I'm such a generous guy, I'm sharing the four strategies I'm implementing to make more money this year. (If you prefer to watch this as a video on YouTube, click here). 1. Introducing the Let's Make a Video Podcast I’ve been itching to start a podcast. My journey as a content creator began as a podcaster back in 2015. I’ve tried and failed several times to get back to podcasting because I couldn't find the right angle I was excited about. Until now... I'm turning my Video On Easy Mode service into a podcast. Each episode will be a behind-the-scenes look at the strategy and filming, followed by the big reveal of the final video. This experiment may fail miserably, but I‘m committed to doing 50 episodes this year, and I feel good about it. 1. Guests will help me get in front of new audiences and showcase my talent for helping people create high-quality videos. 2. Drive more to my YouTube channel. (hint hint) 2. Email Hopefully, you can tell that I’ve been working hard to improve my newsletter, which is tough for me as a guy who prefers video to writing. I commit to doing 2 LinkedIn posts per week designed to get people to my list and run one email campaign monthly for one of my offers or workshops. 3- Live Workshops Last year, I ran my first paid workshop in September. I made $900, and I ended up signing two clients. 4- New Products Video on Easy Mode is kicking ass. It’s getting consistent quality leads. The clients are super happy with the results. The challenge is that I get a ton of interest in the service from people who don’t have the revenue levels to afford a premium service. I was there just two years ago... New in my businesses and eager to grow but completely bootstrapping it. These are the people that I want to help most! So, I created a lower-ticket version of the service that still delivers the Coach D experience. I’ve had tons of interest and filled all my spots for it. We’re also working on another product called Testimonials on Easy Mode, a variation of our service where we interview your clients and collect high-quality video testimonials. I’m currently working with a fractional sales guy, and I can see re-investing all of the revenue generated from this product to run ad campaigns for it. And the 3rd product is to create a self-paced digital course for video on easy mode. It’s a no-brainer at this point. All the content is there. It’s just a matter of packaging it up. This won’t be a huge focus, but any extra revenue it brings in is just a bonus. PS. Check the bottom section or book an appointment with me to learn more about any of these services. ⏪ ICYMI: Last Week's Best Content

Stress-free content systems for founders and companies
If you had told me 1 year ago that I'd own an AI software company, I would have laughed you out of the room. But here we are with our first 28 clients. And they all came from one simple problem: Content is hard. My clients kept coming back to me, saying the same thing: "Danny, I love the videos. But I want more. I want newsletters. I want LinkedIn posts. I want to start a YouTube channel. I want all this stuff. And I kept asking myself the same question: How do I give them more content...
I was hanging out with homey, Travis, yesterday. He's a seasoned entrepreneur who's owned several businesses. He asked me how things were going. Business is growing. Boys are getting older. Life is good. Yes. Things are moving in the right directon but I'm still digging out of a hole. See, before I started my business, I put myself in a pretty deep financial hole. And while I've made a lot of progress over the last 3 years, I'm still climbing. My wife asks about the house. "When are we...
I was on a Zoom with 12 people who hired me, and I noticed a pattern I had never seen this clearly before. On Monday, we did the kickoff call for the Content on Easy Mode Community. To help everyone get to know each other, we went around the room and did introductions. I didn’t even ask this question, but people started volunteering how they found me and why they joined. Here’s what shocked me: 4 people first discovered me because I presented inside communities they were already part of(and...
